When it came time to choose a wedding destination, they knew they wanted more than just a beautiful place. They wanted to share something immersive, a setting that would speak not only to their story, but also gift their guests a sense of discovery. San Miguel, with its sun-washed facades and soulful energy, offered exactly that. For most of their guests, it was a first encounter with the town—an intimate unveiling of a place that had, in a quiet way, captured Alex and James from the start. Their ceremony unfolded beneath a golden sky, but it was the exchange of vows that anchored the day in memory. Of all the moments, their vows remain the most deeply etched. Together since they were eighteen, Alex and James had spent fifteen years growing up side by side—evolving, weathering, and building a life in tandem.
