New York recently hosted wedding designers from around the globe to unveil their newest collection for fall 2024. See our edit here.
A Love Story.
American actress and model, Laura James Ecker's wedding held on October 8th, 2022 in the idyllic outskirts of Nashville, Tennessee truly captured the essence of romantic nostalgia. Among the many highlights of this intimate celebration was the absence of digital-era gimmicks - it was primarily about creating unforgettable memories and capturing timeless moments. The ceremony looked like it was set in a different era transporting the guests back in time while emulating sophisticated, simple, and timeless elegance.

Katy Britton is a UK bridal designer who offers bespoke and made-to-measure gowns which we love for their contemporary and luxurious looks. Our Favorite Spring 2023 Collections.
Taylor-Hughes Photography.
A lovely couple to photograph a couple in love. What’s not to like? Taylor Hughes Photography is a unique team given that the dynamic duo is a couple themselves. They have a knack for seamlessly integrating with the party to allow the celebration to be what it’s supposed to be rather than feel like a photoshoot. As Jack and Jade told us in our interview, the trick is to get acquainted early and to focus on the couple’s comfort throughout the day.
Felicitys.
If you are looking for a gown in Auckland, New Zealand, look no further than Felicitiys. In fact, even if you’re not in the southwestern Pacific Ocean, we recommend checking out their website to be inspired by the essence of timelessness. Our interview with Felicitys describes the careful selections and experience that a bride will find at the boutique.
Hôtel Particulier.

Love at Lune.
Aney Mei and Terrance Li's wedding was a love story that spanned more than twelve years. Finally, they took a chance on love and Aney found herself on a boat in Capri, floating next to the Blue Grotto as Terrance dropped onto one knee.
Sonzai Studios.
As our readers know, the topic of sustainability is at the forefront of our minds at A+V. This broad and complex subject requires experts to help us understand what it all means and inform us how to make positive changes. To that end, we contacted fashion sustainability expert Celeste Tesoriero and had an in-depth discussion about the state of the industry, what to avoid, and what steps we can take towards more environmentally responsible weddings.
The Elegant Ninja.
There’s nothing like first-hand experience from an expert, which is why we recently spoke with Berlanti from The Elegant Ninja, who is a planner in California and was tasked with planning her own wedding last November. Read below to hear about Berlanti’s intentionality, focus on all five senses, and her personal insight on choosing a dress.
Tuscan Dreams.
Hannah Uhlin and Tom Sword's real wedding celebrates the beauty of planning a wedding while staying true to themselves. The couple sidestepped the differing expectations from their families by choosing to wed in an intimate wedding at a dreamy Tuscan villa. Exquisitely designed by the bride and filled with candles and an unexpected rainstorm, this love story is layered with lovely details and enduring romance.
